Allison works with people going through anxiety, depression, or a change they didn’t see coming: a move, a breakup, a career shift, a version of themselves they’re not sure how to get back to.
Some people come to Allison in a crisis. Others come because something has felt off for a long time and handling it alone has stopped working. She works with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, and ADHD, and she treats the first step, deciding to show up at all, as the part that deserves the most care.
Her approach is person-centered and strengths-based, with cognitive behavioral techniques when a pattern needs interrupting. She is more interested in your experience and what already works for you than in running a standard protocol, and sessions are steady, unhurried, and free of judgment.
Allison holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Saint Joseph and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Connecticut.
One short form, and our team matches you with a clinician who fits your needs, schedule, and insurance. New clients are often seen within a week.
