SPRAVATO® is for adults with treatment-resistant depression — generally, depression that hasn't improved enough after trying two or more oral antidepressants. It's taken alongside an oral antidepressant, not instead of your existing care.
Whether it's a fit is a medical decision made with Dr. Kondev, who reviews your history, your current medications, and what you've already tried. If you're in therapy at CMHS, your therapist stays part of that conversation — one chart, one plan.

You administer it yourself, in the office, with our clinical team supervising.

SPRAVATO® is available only through a certified treatment program. Sessions are typically twice weekly at first, then taper as you and Dr. Kondev see how you respond. Our team verifies your insurance coverage before you start — no surprises.
