About Marchella

Marchella joined the CMHS medication management team in 2026. She provides psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication care for teens and adults, with a focus on ADHD, anxiety, and depression.

She works from the same chart as your therapist, so a medication change and a therapy plan stay in step instead of being pieced together after the fact. First visits are a conversation about what’s going on, not a checklist, and follow-ups are scheduled when you actually need them.

Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Marchella spent nearly four years as a psychiatric nurse on inpatient units at Yale New Haven Hospital and Mount Sinai Rehabilitation Hospital, caring for children, teens, and adults during their hardest stretches. That background shows in how she works: she is comfortable with complicated situations, and she coordinates closely with therapists instead of working in isolation. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Yale University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Quinnipiac University.

Marchella sees patients through CMHS in Milford, CT and via secure telehealth across Connecticut. Not sure who’s the right fit? Our team will match you — start here.
