Dailene has spent a decade in mental health care at every level of treatment: residential, inpatient, and outpatient. That range shows in how she works. She has more than one way in.
Dailene works with adults on anxiety, depression, coping skills, ADHD, bipolar disorder, life transitions, self-esteem, and women’s issues.
She believes the person in treatment should be the one guiding it, and she’s there to help with the difficult parts of that process. Her approach is individually focused and empathetic, and she adapts her methods to the client rather than the other way around. Clients say she’s good at helping them sift through a spiral and come out with an actual plan.
Dailene is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and holds a Master of Social Work from New York University. Her clinical training included Yale Psychiatric Hospital, on both the inpatient and outpatient sides.
