Eric works with people whose struggles tend to travel together: substance use alongside anxiety, depression that shows up as stress, grief that turns into relationship strain.

Eric sees preteens, teens, and adults, individually and with their families. Substance use and recovery are a core part of his work, including dual diagnosis, gambling, and the anger and self-esteem issues that often ride along. He also sees clients for anxiety, depression, grief, and loss, and he keeps evening hours for people who can’t get away during the day.
He doesn’t work from a single playbook. Depending on the person, he draws on CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic therapy, and he’s direct about what he’s doing and why. He offers a free 15-minute consultation for anyone unsure whether it’s a fit.
Eric is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and earned his degree at Fordham University.
