Joseph believes seeking therapy is a courageous step, and he means it. He works with preteens through older adults, and with couples and families, on the ordinary hard things: anxiety, depression, anger, grief, school, and the pressures men are often slow to talk about.

Joseph sees individuals, couples, and families. Alongside anxiety and depression, he has experience with ADHD, body image, self-esteem, relationship and peer issues, and problem gaming.
His work is collaborative and goal-focused. He uses CBT to help clients spot and challenge the thought patterns working against them, solution-focused techniques to make progress concrete, and motivational interviewing and mindfulness when the harder part is getting started. Clients take an active role; he’s there to make it easier.
Joseph holds a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling from Albertus Magnus College and is a Professional Counselor Associate in Connecticut.
