About Shelly

Shelly works with children, teens, adults, and families. She has deep experience with anxiety, ADHD, trauma, grief, and family conflict, and she understands how a child’s struggles show up differently in a classroom, a hallway, an IEP meeting, and at home.

She treats each person as an individual rather than a diagnosis, and she’s practical about it. Her toolkit includes play therapy for younger kids, trauma-focused CBT, solution-focused work, parent-child interaction therapy, and Internal Family Systems, and she keeps clients connected to the communities, strengths, and relationships that already hold them up.

Shelly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She earned her Master of Social Work at the University of Connecticut and a Master of Science in School Psychology at Southern Connecticut State University.

Shelly sees clients through CMHS in Milford, CT and via secure telehealth across Connecticut. Not sure who’s the right fit? Our team will match you — start here.
