Susan works primarily with women across the lifespan, often those juggling caregiver, mother, partner, and professional at once while struggling to find any time or space for themselves.

About Susan

Grief and loss are at the center of her practice: death, divorce, estrangement, and the quieter losses that come with a life changing shape. Family dynamics are usually part of the work too, whether that means healing generational wounds or getting a parent and child talking again. She sees clients from school age through adulthood, and she works in Spanish as well as English.

Her approach is calm and collaborative. She draws on person-centered therapy, family systems, narrative therapy, and mindfulness, and describes her goal as “a calm, grounded space where you can breathe, reflect, and find your way forward.”

Susan is a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than twenty years in practice and holds a Master of Science from the University of Bridgeport.

Susan sees clients through CMHS in Milford, CT and via secure telehealth across Connecticut. Not sure who’s the right fit? Our team will match you — start here.
